I'm a retired "Come-from-away" from Ontario. These are my "adventures" as I explore my new home in Nova Scotia with my dogs, Wendy and Trey.

A boardwalk walk.
In spite of the lingering cold-spell, I took Wendy and Trey for a leash walk to McCormack's Boardwalk yesterday.
It was quite icy underfoot.
After doing a single 1 km. circuit, I rewarded them for their good behaviour with a game of chase the ball, on the exposed sand. A few hours later, this area would be covered by the incoming tide. It's important to know when low tide is.
Normally I don't include poorly focused shots in my posts, but have a close look at Trey in the photo below. He did a full somersault and came up running as if nothing had happened.
